Information You'll Need To Know

  • What area is to be lighted?
  • (This will determine which unit will be needed.)
              10" - up to 150 sq. ft.
              14" - up to 250 sq. ft.

  • What is the roof type (shingle, tile, flat)?
  • (This will determine which flashing to include.)

  • Is there attic access?
  • (You cannot install lighted or vented units without attic access.)

  • What is the attic height (distance from roof hole to ceiling hole)?
  • (You will need to know this to determine how many extension tubes are needed. Please refer to reference guide below.)
